We are a nine acre smallholding in Cliviger, just south of Burnley run by Alison, Allan and Sharon who for many years ran the highly successful restaurant That Cafe in Levenshulme, Manchester.
Our philosophy is to run our smallholding ethically and to offer up for sale any surplus be it vegetables from our allotment, eggs from our small flock of chickens which free range through our woods, home raised pork and lamb, as well as producing jams, chutneys and condiments all sourced from the very best seasonal produce.We currantly attend two Farmers Markets, Ashton Under Lyne and Hebden Bridge as well as running our Farm Shop on the first Sunday every month (excl January)here at the smallholding, however our home reared pork and lamb is usually available from the freezer any time.
